Compact studio suite was modern. The location of the property was great, to whatelse is around in the area. The staff was lovely and helped with the free parking.

Perfectly clean and huge room itself with great shower and comfy bed, for instance. Great setting in the very quiet area, just off nearby supermarket and restaurants, cnetral christchurch and airport, and a pub, restaurants and supermarket. Lovely staff in the whole hotel.

Super comfy room with coffee/tea and comfy bed, for example. With a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge.

Location: the hotel was close enough to Thai, Indian and Japanese restaurants, Close to public transports and other shops. There was Domino's Pizza nearby to grab something to eat.

We found this place to be conveniently located in the carparking area, making it easy to get into the centre of the city and restaurants. Plus, there was a supermarket close by here. The staff were accommodating and the room amenities were plentiful, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a sitting area with a dining table. The free toiletries were a nice touch, and the laundry and shuttle services were also appreciated.

It was fairly clean place, staff were great and obliging, and I appreciated my new-fashioned room. The hotel was in the very central setting to waterfalls. Moreover, it was near town, Hagley Park, the Museum, shops and a pub and supermarket and Thai, Indian and Japanese restaurants...

My reasonably large and compact room came with comfortable bed and great value for money, as example. I enjoyed that the design was modern.

The location in a very quite area was marvellous and unbeatable and there were a bakery and a supermarket nearby. Sherborne Street district was worth staying in.

The value for money at Apartments 118 was excellent, with spacious and modern rooms that exceeded my expectations. The location was practical and convenient, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

More breakfast choices would make the stay even better.

The venue's position was central. All of the staff were extremely helpful and very helpful.

Easy check-in, late check-out, updated room with 2 good bedrooms, coffee/tea plus laundry facilities available. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Location close to parks and town, Hagley Park, the Museum.

The towels were changed daily, and the shower water pressure was fantastic. The hotel's location was convenient, and it was easy to walk to nearby amenities. the air conditioning was a relief from the heat outside.

The noise level was unbearable. Loud music played constantly, making it difficult to sleep.
